Marketing Team Lead

We are looking for a detail-oriented “Marketing Team Lead” to work closely with our Graphic Designer and internal stakeholders to coordinate and create brochures and other marketing materials based on business requirements from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams to gather requirements for brochures and marketing materials
• Liaise with the graphic designer to ensure accurate and timely execution of designs
• Review content, layouts, and visuals to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
• Manage timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
• Coordinate revisions and approvals with relevant stakeholders
• Maintain proper records of marketing materials

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Basic understanding of marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, presentations, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines
• Attention to detail and quality
• Experience working with designers or creative teams is an advantage

Preferred Background:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a coordination or marketing support role

• Monthly remuneration will be LKR 100,000.00+ incentive
• Entitled to statutory payments
• Office location: Thimbirigasyaya
• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM & Saturday half day
• Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
