Ideal Experience:
- 3 years in B2B sales, ideally in: Outsourcing / virtual staffing, Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), Offshore BPO services and Remote tech/dev staffing.
- Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Click-up).
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
