Call center / customer service associate

  • Fluent in English
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Typing speed of 25 to 30 words per minute with 95% accuracy
  • Prior experience is not required but will be an added advantage
  • School leavers are welcome
  • Ability to speak Arabic will be an added advantage
  • Ability to handle emails professionally
  • Possession of a diploma, degree, or professional qualification is considered an added advantage.
  • Location: Dematagoda, Colombo 09 

 

  • Working Hours: Roster-based shifts in a 24/7 work environment (5 days per week, 9-hour shifts)
  • Transportation is provided for late-night and early-morning shifts
  • Attractive salary package: Up to LKR 100,000 based on experience and qualifications
